Qolsys IQ Panel 4
As the central element of an intrusion detection solution, the integrated security and home automation panel Qolsys IQ Panel 4, certified Grade 2 according to the European standard EN50131, offers connectivity and highest-class reliability, integrating multiple data communication channels: LTE, Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, Zigbee, Bluetooth, PowerG, etc., and is compatible with some older generation wireless communication protocols. The elegant 7″ HD touchscreen display features an enhanced 8-megapixel camera with a Flex-Tilt device to adjust the camera angle for capturing photos transmitted upon system disarm or viewing video recordings during alarms.
The Qolsys IQ Panel 4 is the flagship of the series of panels offered by Johnson Controls, each with specific functions to adequately respond to different customer requirements, but all with the same basic features: the ability to enroll over 120 security devices (motion detectors, fire detectors, flood detectors, shock sensors, etc.) and over 150 automation devices (thermostats, bulbs, electric switches, solenoid valves, various control relays, etc.), as well as intercoms and surveillance cameras in a single location, which can be separated into multiple partitions for secure management, thus providing total control to the user over their own home.
The outstanding performances of all panels are ensured with the help of an integrated Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-core IoT processor. AES 128-bit encrypted PowerG wireless communication, ultra-reliable, bidirectional, with automatic transmission power optimization, with frequency hopping in the 868MHz communication band, ensures secure communication between panels and detectors, ignoring all single-point electromagnetic interferences.
